A delegation of African American workers from the Communications Workers of America sent a letter to Lumen Technologies CEO Jeff Storey yesterday, asking that he designate the federal Martin Luther King Jr. Day as a paid holiday for all Lumen workers.

The Communications Workers of America (CWA) Calls for the FCC to Reject Legislators’ Efforts to Block Rural Broadband Funding to Frontier

CWA District 2-13 Vice President Ed Mooney sent a letter to the FCC urging the Commission to reject WV legislators’ ill-advised efforts to block Frontier Communications’ successful bid to receive rural broadband funding from the FCC’s Rural Digital Opportunity Fund (RDOF).
